Meet Miss Vickie

The heart, hands, and good vibes behind K.I.S.S. Earrings.

Keeping It Sweet and Simple

Vickie Dennis — known to her students as Miss Vickie — has been teaching the basic concepts of beaded jewelry design in Detroit and Metro Detroit since 2005. What started as a passion for stringing beautiful beads has grown into a thriving community of students, friends, and fellow creators who leave every class wearing something they made with their own two hands.

Miss Vickie's approach is built on three things: patience, practical training, and positive encouragement. Whether you're eight or eighty-eight, a first-time beader or a seasoned crafter, every guest gets the hands-on attention they need to succeed — and have a blast doing it.

Her classes, lovingly called Jewelry Jubilees, travel to you. Living rooms, church halls, community centers, backyards — wherever the people you love gather, Miss Vickie brings the beads, the tools, and the music. Two hours later, everyone walks out with a finished pair of earrings, a matching bracelet, and the confidence to keep creating on their own.
